Giddy-Up Tator Tot Casserole
- 1 Bag of tator tots
- 2 lb hamburger
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- dash lawry seasoning
- dash paprika
- dash ground black pepper
- dash garlic powder
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- pinch finely ground red pepper
- Preheat oven to 425F
- Cook the 2 lbs of hamburger with
- While hamburger is cooking.
- Mix the cream of mushroom and sour cream together.
- Drain hamburger and combine the hamburger and cream of mushroom/sour cream together.
- Empty the mixture into a dish.
- Place the bag of tator tots over the mixture in dish.
- Make sure to pretty much evenly spread the tator tots.
- Place in oven for about 20 min or until tator tots are golden brown.
- ENJOY!
