Stewed Spinach with Natto
- 1 pack Natto
- 50 grams Spinach
- 1 tbsp Dashi soy sauce (soy sauce mixed with dashi)
- 1 Coarsely ground black pepper
- Parboil the spinach, lightly squeeze to drain the water, then cut into 1 cm pieces.
- Combine the natto and spinach in a bowl and lightly toss.
- Add the dashi soy sauce and black pepper and mix (if using the provided soy sauce packaged with the natto, taste, then add dashi soy sauce to taste).
