VELVEETA Easy Cheesy Pot Pie

  1. Heat oven to 375F.
  2. Brown meat in large skillet on medium heat; drain.
  3. Add onions; cook 2 to 3 min.
  4. until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
  5. Add frozen vegetables, potatoes and VELVEETA; mix well.
  6. Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish.
  7. Melt butter in small saucepan on low heat.
  8. Add flour; whisk until blended.
  9. Cook 2 min.
  10. or until hot and bubbly, stirring occasionally.
  11. Gradually add water, stirring until well blended.
  12. Cook on medium heat until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly.
  13. Simmer on low heat 5 min., stirring occasionally.
  14. Pour over meat mixture.
  15. Separate dough into 4 rectangles; firmly press seams and perforations together to seal.
  16. Place over meat mixture; seal edges to sides of dish with fork.
  17. Bake 20 to 25 min.
  18. or until meat mixture is heated through and crust is golden brown.
