Lemon Gelato Cups

• 4 scoops lemon gelato
• 2 lemons, cut in half, hollowed out and cleaned
• 1 teaspoon candied lemon peel

1. Freeze cleaned lemon halves.
2. Once lemon halves are fully frozen, place a scoop of gelato into the lemon "cup".
3. Freeze again till firm.
4. Just before serving garnish with candied lemon zest.
