Pepperoni Stuffed Pizza Squares Recipe
- 2 (10 ounce.) cans refrigerated pizza crust
- 1 c. prepared pizza sauce
- 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 (4 ounce.) pkg. sliced pepperoni
- 8 ounce. (2 c.) Provel cheese ropes
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Lightly grease 15"x10"x1" baking pan.
- Unroll 1 can of dough and put in pan.
- Press to fit bottom of pan.
- Spread pizza sauce proportionately over dough.
- Top with remaining ingredients in order listed above.
- Unroll remaining can of dough.
- Place on top of filling.
- Fold edges of top over bottom crust; healthy pinch edges to seal.
- With sharp knife, make several slits in top crust.
- Bake in oven for 15 min.
- Cover loosely with foil; bake an additional 10 to 15 min or possibly till golden.
- Allow to cold for at least 5 min before cutting into squares.
- 8 servings.
