Drunken Chicken Wings
- 2 lb chicken wings
- 1 can beer
- 3 oz rum
- 3 oz BBQ sauce
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Preheat grill, put chicken wings into a bowl / dish, pour can / bottle of beer over wings and marinate for 15 minutes while grill is heating.
- Remove wings from beer, season with salt and pepper or your favourite rub and place wings into oiled grill for 15 minutes (I usually place wings on top shelf for indirect cooking)
- Combine BBQ sauce and rum, remove wings from grill and add to oven safe pan.
- Cover with sauce and place into oven for 10 - 12 minutes to finish cooking.
- Remove wings from pan, return to grill for five minutes to caramelize sauce.
- Reduce exceell pan sauce, toss over grilled wings and enjoy!
