Chops-on-Top Pork & Stuffing Supper

  1. Coat chops with mustard.
  2. Melt margarine in large deep nonstick skillet on medium heat.
  3. Add chops; cook 6 min.
  4. on each side or until browned on both sides and done (160 degrees F).
  5. Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.
  6. Add water, dressing and carrots to skillet; cook 6 to 8 min.
  7. or until carrots are crisp-tender.
  8. Stir in apples and stuffing mix.
  9. Return chops to skillet; cover.
  10. Turn off heat.
  11. Let stand 5 min.
