Apple Omelette
- 1/2 apple thinly slice
- 1 dash ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tbsp warm water
- 1 dash salt
- 2 slice chedder cheese or swiss cheese
- 1 tbsp butter
- In low heat With melted butter layer thinly slice apple and let it carmelized both side
- Add cinammon powder and sugar and let it carmelized the apple both side
- Add water and salt unto Beaten egg then pour onto the apple
- Add grated cheese and let egg set then turn and flip into half
- Serve top additional dash of cinnamon and extra slice of apple
