Perfect Pastry Recipe

• 1 egg
• 2 tbsp. vinegar
• Ice water
• 5 c. unsifted flour
• 2 c. Crisco

1. Mix together egg and vinegar.
2. Add in sufficient ice water to make 1 c.. Stir in remaining ingredients.
3. Roll any leftovers into ball and freeze for next time.
