Pizza Crust Recipe
- 1 pkg. active dry yeast
- 3/4 c. hot water
- 2 1/2 c. Bisquick mix
- Olive or possibly salad oil
- Soften yeast in hot water, add in Bisquick.
- Beat vigorously for 2 min.
- Knead dough till smooth (25 times).
- Divide dough in half and roll into 12 inch circles.
- Brush dough with oil.
- Proceed with pizza sauce, toppings and cheese.
- Bake at 425 degrees for 15 min.
