Criehaven Crab Cakes
- 1 lb crabmeat
- 1 12 cups leftover mashed potatoes or 1 12 cups instant mashed potatoes
- 13 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg, scrambled
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- Mix all together as a hash and fry in oil until browned on both sides.
- Great for breakfast with eggs or main meal.
- Can substitute fish for crab.
