Tasty Beef Bourguignonne

  1. Coat beef with flour.
  2. Heat oil in skillet--may need to use more then called for.
  3. Add beef and cook until brown, stirring often.
  4. Add mushrooms, garlic and thyme.
  5. Cook until mushrooms are tendered.
  6. Add carrots, broth and wine.
  7. Heat to a boil.
  8. Cover and cook over low heat 20 minutes or until done.
  9. Serve over pasta.
