Fudgy Cream-Cheese Frosting

• 8 oz. cream cheese
• 4 tbsp. butter
• 3 tbsp. whole milk
• 3 c. confectioners' sugar
• .67 c. cocoa
• .13 tsp. salt
• 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

1. In a medium bowl, using a mixer set at medium speed, beat the cream cheese, butter, and milk together until smooth.
2. Add the sugar, cocoa, and salt and continue to beat until blended.
3. Reduce mixer speed to low, add the vanilla, and beat until smooth.
4. Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes before using.
