Parisian Passion

• 1 passion fruit, pulp extracted
• 1 fluid ounce calvados
• 1 fluid ounce orange liqueur, such as Grand Marnier
• champagne

1. Shake all the ingredients, except the Champagne, together in a cocktail shaker.
2. Strain, over chilled Champagne, into a Champagne saucer glass.
