Double Cheese Sandwich
- 8 slices whole wheat bread, toasted
- 300 g grated mozzarella cheese or 300 g cheddar cheese
- 4 teaspoons cayenne pepper
- preheat oven at 230C.
- on baking tray place 1 slice of toast.
- sprinkle with cheese.
- add second slice of toast.
- sprinkle with cheese.
- add cayenne pepper to your liking.
- bake in oven for about 15 mins or until cheese is melted.
