Spinach Stuffed Mushrooms

  1. Cook frozen spinach in a bowl for 3 minutes on high.
  2. Drain VERY well and squeeze oit.
  3. Return to bowl.
  4. Combine all ingredients and any optional ones at once.
  5. Mix together VERY well.
  6. Then fill mushroom caps.
  7. Place in microwave safe bowl or container side by side, do not stack.
  8. Cover container with Saran.
  9. Microwave on high 3-4 minutes.
  10. Carefully remove Saran as it may release hot steam.
  11. Serve hot!
