French Potato Pie

  1. Shred potatoes in cold water.
  2. Drain and press out water. Sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon of salt and Accent.
  3. Press potatoes over bottom and sides of 9-inch pie plate.
  4. Saute onions in melted margarine until onions are clear.
  5. Pour over potatoes and add cheese.
  6. Beat eggs slightly with milk.
  7. Add mustard, parsley and salt.
  8. Pour into pie pan and sprinkle with paprika.
  9. If you wish, you may add bacon, ham or sausage, but it is not necessary.
  10. Bake at 375u0b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
  11. Cool 5 to 10 minutes before cutting. Reheat 1/2 hour at 250u0b0.
