Bean Sprout & King Oyster Mushroom Lemon Stir Fry
- 1/2 bag Bean sprouts
- 1 King oyster mushroom
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 dash Salt and pepper
- 1 dash Garlic powder
- 1 if you have it Sesame seeds
- Slice the mushroom to be as long as the bean sprouts and then cut them in half.
- They should be about 3mm wide.
- Now wash them in water with the bean sprouts.
- Stir fry them in olive oil and sprinkle in the salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- When the oil has been evenly distributed, add in the lemon juice and fry briskly.
- Remove from the heat.
- Transfer it to a serving plate and if you have them, sprinkle some sesame seeds on top.
