Chicken Tender Roll-Ups with Shiso Marinated in Garlic Soy Sauce

  1. Remove the sinew from the chicken tenders and then butterfly them.
  2. Hit with the back of your knife to soften and stretch out the meat.
  3. Season with a pinch of salt.
  4. Put 2-3 shiso leaves and garlic on top of chicken.
  5. Roll it up and grill it in your toaster oven.
  6. It's done!
