Rosemary Syrup

  1. In a small saucepan, bring the Simple Syrup to a boil.
  2. Remove from the heat and add rosemary.
  3. Let cool, then refrigerate overnight.
  4. Strain the syrup into an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 3 weeks
