Arkansas Marinade/Bbq Sauce Recipe

  1. Bring to boil and then simmer for about 1/2 hour.
  2. Don't cook or possibly store in aluminum; store in glass.
  3. Does not need to be refrigerated.
  4. This recipe yields about 2 gallons.
  5. Comments: This is a great marinade for poultry, pork or possibly beef.
  6. Marinate the meat for an hour before grilling and then baste the meat once or possibly twice while cooking.
  7. This sauce is spicy so go easy on the basting.
  8. Yield: 2 gallons

water, brown sugar, worcestershire sauce, yellow mustard, ketchup, freshlygrnd black pepper, red pepper, red wine vinegar, wine, salt
