Cranberry-Nut Bread

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Combine first 4 ingredients in large bowl.
  3. Mix orange juice, margarine, egg product and zest.
  4. Add to flour mixture; stir just until moistened.
  5. Stir in cranberries and nuts.
  6. Pour into greased and floured 8x4-inch loaf pan.
  7. Bake 55 min.
  8. to 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  9. Cool in pan 10 min.
  10. ; remove to wire rack.
  11. Cool completely.
  12. Mix powdered sugar and water; drizzle over bread.
  13. Let stand until firm.
