Fawlty Towers Salad Dressing

• 1 cup Stilton cheese, crumbled
• 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 23 cup olive oil
• 2 tablespoons vinegar

1. Mash the cheese with a little oil.
2. Add the Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, vinegar and balance of the oil.
3. Shake well or process in a blender until creamy.
4. Store refrigerated.
