cheesy potatoes o'brien

• 1 packages potatoes o'brien
• 1 packages velveeta sharp cheddar
• 2 large chicken breast
• 1 large smoked pork sausage
• 1/3 cup oil

1. Preheat large skillet on medium heat
2. Add 1/3 cup of oil
3. Season chicken breast then bake 30 mins
4. While chicken bakes prepare potatoes o'brien as package directions
5. Remove chicken from the oven add to potatoes o'brien, sautee, and gradually add velveeta cheese
6. In frying pan chop and fry smoked sausage add to chicken mixture
7. As mixture thickens turn down heat and mixture creams together remove from heat and it is ready to serve
