Cheesy Lasagna

  1. Combine beef, onion and green pepper in large skillet; cook until meat is browned and drain off drippings.
  2. Add fennel seed, garlic powder, pepper, tomato sauce, Italian dressing and parsley flakes; simmer, uncovered, for 20 minutes.
  3. Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions, omitting salt; drain.
  4. Combine cottage cheese, sour cream and cream cheese; mix well.
  5. Spread about 1/2 cup of meat sauce in a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
  6. Layer half each of the noodles, cottage cheese mixture, meat sauce and Mozzarella cheese.
  7. Repeat layers.
  8. Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes; let stand 10 minutes before serving.
  9. Yield:
  10. 6 to 8 servings.
