Red Potatos with Parsley

  1. Scrub potatos leaving skin on.
  2. Boil or microwave potatos until just tender (not mushy).
  3. Quarter and place in shallow baking dish.
  4. Drizzle with butter turning to coat completely.
  5. Sprinkle with parsley.
  6. Broil for about 10 minutes watching not to burn.
  7. Turn occasionally to brown on all sides.
  8. Salt and Pepper to taste.
