Turkey Stroganoff
- 3/4 pound turkey breast ground
- 1 medium onions sliced
- 3 each garlic cloves minced
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon dill weed
- 12 ounces mushrooms sliced
- 2 cups milk, skim
- 13 cup flour, all-purpose
- 2 tablespoons beef bouillon granules
- Saute ground turkey with onion and garlic.
- Add paprika, dill weed and mushrooms.
- Mix milk, flour, and boullion.
- add to meat mixture.
- Simmer 5 to 10 minutes untill mushrooms and onion are cooked and mixture is thickened.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Stir frequently.
- just before serving, stir
