Mid-Morning Fizz

  1. Pour the Chartreuse into the bottom of a Collins glass.
  2. Fill with large cold ice cubes and add the club soda.
  3. Place the glass in the freezer.
  4. Combine the gin, juice, syrup, orange blossom water, and egg white in a mixing glass.
  5. Add large cold ice cubes and shake vigorously for at least 2 minutes to make sure the cocktail has sufficient texture and frothiness.
  6. To achieve a layered effect, strain carefully over the chilled Chartreuse.
  7. Garnish with the orange.
