Pumpkin Cream Cold Dip
- 8 ounces, weight Softened Cream Cheese (I Use Philadelphia Brand Any Will Work)
- 8 ounces, weight Cool Whip Topping (room Temperature)
- 1 cup Pumpkin Pie Filling (I Use Canned Libby's Brand, Any Will Work)
- 18 teaspoons Fresh Ground Nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- In the bowl of a stand mixer (or you can use a hand held mixer and a large bowl mixing bowl) add all ingredients and combine well together several minutes to a creamy consistency.
- Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- We love this with honey or chocolate graham crackers or coconut cookie bars.
