Asparagus-Blue Cheese Roll-Ups

  1. With a rolling pin, roll the bread slices flat.
  2. Beat together Blue cheese, cream cheese, egg and mayonnaise.
  3. Spread on bread slices.
  4. Lay an asparagus spear on each and roll up jelly roll style.
  5. Cut each roll into 3 pieces, using a very sharp knife. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with caraway seeds, if desired.
  6. Bake on an ungreased baking sheet at 350u0b0 for 15 minutes. Serve hot.
  7. These may be prepared in advance and refrigerated or frozen, then baked at serving time.
  8. Makes 45 or more roll-ups.
