Crock Pot Corned Beef and Cabbage
- 5 pounds Corned Beef Brisket
- 1/2 heads Cabbage
- 1 Medium Yellow Onion
- 12 ounces, fluid Light Beer (I Used Bud Light)
- Put corned beef in a crock pot and surround with wedges of cabbage and onion.
- Add in water until your corned beef is almost covered and then add in the beer.
- Cook on high for 8-10 hours.
