Texas Bean Dip

  1. In a large saucepan, saute the onion and garlic in the 2 tsp vegetable oil.
  2. Drain and rinse the beans, black-eye peas, and corn.
  3. Add to the garlic and onion.
  4. Stir in the ground beef and salsas and heat through.
  5. Sprinkle with the fresh cilantro.
  6. Serve in a crockpot with tortilla chips.
