Cherry Apple Cobbler Recipe

  1. In small bowl combine crumbs, 1 tsp.
  2. sugar, and the butter and grnd cinnamon; set aside.
  3. In small saucepan combine fruit, 3 Tbsp.
  4. water, and the cinnamon stick; cook over low heat for about 3 min.
  5. Combine remaining Tbsp.
  6. water with cornstarch, stirring to dissolve; add in to pan and cook, stirring constantly, till mix is thickened.
  7. Remove from heat and remove and throw away cinnamon stick; add in remaining tsp.
  8. sugar and stir to combine.
  9. Into each of four 6-oz custard c. spoon 1/4 of fruit mix; top each with 1/4 of crumb mix and bake at 400 degrees, till topping is browned, about 15 min.
  10. Serve hot.
  11. Makes 4 servings.
