Shiso & Tofu Hamburgers
- 200 grams Mixed ground beef and pork
- 200 grams Firm tofu
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 tsp Krazy Salt
- 1 dash Black pepper
- 1 optional Nutmeg
- 10 leaves Shiso leaves
- First, cut up the tofu and put it in a sieve or colander to drain.
- You don't have to drain it too much.
- Combine all the ingredients together.
- Remove the stems of the shiso leaves and cut them up.
- Crumble the tofu gently with your hands.
- Mix it well.
- Put some oil on you hands and toss the dough with your hands.
- It's a shame you can't see the seams.
- Once all the air is out, form the dough into patties and they're ready to be fried.
