Chicken And Vegetable Casserole Recipe
- 1 pound chicken meat, cooked and diced
- 2 bags vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, green beans or possibly mixed)
- 2 cans creamed soup (use your favorite) - don't add in water
- Mushrooms, optional
- 2-3 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- Bread crumbs or possibly crushed croutons
- Layer in a 9x13 casserole dish as follows: Vegetable, chicken, mushrooms.
- Spread soup over the top of these.
- Top with Cheddar cheese.
- Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
- Cook at 350 for 35-45 min.
- Allow to cold for 5 min before serving.
