Smoked Salmon Lollipop

  1. In a small bowl mix truffle oil, butter, mascarpone cheese, and ground black pepper.
  2. Dip half of breadstick in mixture.
  3. Roll in salmon and dill and sprinkle with Parmesan.
  4. Lay out on parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  5. Serve chilled.
