Pumpkin Burgers
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1 medium onions chopped
- 12 ounces chili sauce
- 1/2 cup pumpkin mashed, cooked
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 can soup, tomato condensed
- Combine ground beef and onion and brown lightly, breaking up meat with a fork.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Cover and let simmer approximately 20 minutes; uncover and simmer 15 minutes longer until mixture is thick.
- Serve on buns.
