Jim'S Chili
- 3 lb. ground beef
- 3 beef bouillon cubes
- 3 oz. water
- 3 (16 oz.) cans dark red kidney beans
- 3 (29 oz.) cans crushed tomatoes
- 3 tsp. black pepper
- 3 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 3 tsp. soy sauce
- 3 tsp. steak sauce
- 3 tsp. chili powder
- 3 tsp. red hot cayenne pepper sauce
- 1 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. celery salt
- 1/2 tsp. onion salt
- Brown and drain ground beef.
- Microwave bouillon cubes in water for 3 minutes.
- Mix all ingredients in a large 6-quart crock-pot.
- Set at medium and cook for at least 3 hours.
- (The longer the better.)
- Stir occasionally.
- Serve hot.
