Northern Italy savoury pie

  1. Nash the potatoes with parsley
  2. Cut speck into thin strips
  3. Melt the butter in a frying pan with speck for 3 minutes
  4. Add speck to the mashed potatoes
  5. Melt brie together with milk in the frying pan you used before
  6. Add melted brie to mashed potatoes
  7. Mix everything and season with salt and pepper to taste
  8. Unroll the puff pastry on the tart tin (baking sheet recommended) and poke holes at the bottom.
  9. (You can save part of the pastry to decorate)
  10. Add the filling and close borders using a fork
  11. Preheat oven at 180C and cook for 25 minutes
  12. Add some fresh cheese on the top of the pie and cook for other 10 minutes
