Fudge Brownie Pie
- 1 9-inch pie crust, uncooked (I used a regular one, but you could make/buy a gluten-free one)
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup butter
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup gluten-free baking mix (could use regular baking mix)
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Heat oven to 375F.
- Put pie crust in pie plate, if you didn't already buy it in a pan.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- Reduce oven to 325F.
- In saucepan, melt chocolate chips with butter.
- In mixer bowl, beat chocolate mixture, with sweetened condensed milk, baking mix, eggs, & vanilla.
- Pour into prepared pie crust.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.
