Two Cheese Vegetable Sub

  1. Spread butter on each roll half.
  2. Sprinkle Italian
  3. seasoning over each.
  4. On bottom half, layer the following: bell pepper rings, Provolone cheese, banana pepper rings, Colby cheese, onion rings, alfalfa sprouts and tomato slices.
  5. Cover with top half of roll.
  6. Wrap tightly in foil.
  7. Bake in preheated 350F oven 15 minutes or until heated through.
