Two Cheese Vegetable Sub
- 2 teaspoons butter or 2 teaspoons margarine, softened
- 1 (6 inch) submarine rolls, split in half
- 12 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 2 green pepper rings
- 1 slice sargento deli style sliced provolone cheese
- 6 mild banana pepper rings or 6 red bell pepper rings
- 1 slice sargento deli style sliced colby cheese
- 1 thin slice onion, separated into rings
- 14 cup alfalfa sprout
- 2 thin slices tomatoes
- Spread butter on each roll half.
- Sprinkle Italian
- seasoning over each.
- On bottom half, layer the following: bell pepper rings, Provolone cheese, banana pepper rings, Colby cheese, onion rings, alfalfa sprouts and tomato slices.
- Cover with top half of roll.
- Wrap tightly in foil.
- Bake in preheated 350F oven 15 minutes or until heated through.
