BOCA Sausage Skillet
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 cups ORE-IDA Shredded Hash Brown Potatoes
- 1-1/2 cups cholesterol-free egg product
- 5 frozen BOCA Veggie Breakfast Links, chopped
- 1/3 cup green onion slices
- 1/3 cup shredded reduced fat cheddar cheese Target 2 For $5.00 thru 02/06
- Heat oil in medium nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add potatoes; cook 8 to 10 min.
- or until evenly browned, stirring occasionally.
- Spread to evenly cover bottom of skillet.
- Mix egg product, link pieces and onions until well blended; pour over potatoes.
- Reduce heat to medium-low; cover.
- Cook 12 min.
- or until egg product is set.
- Remove from heat.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Cut into 6 wedges to serve.
