chicken and stuffing bake
- 6 oz stuffing mix
- 6 chicken breast halves
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 tsp parsley
- preheat oven to 400
- prepare stuffing mix according to package directions.
- do not let stand
- spoon stuffing accross center of 2 qt shallow baking dish
- arrange 3 chicken breasts on each side
- combine soup, milk and parsley.
- pour over chicken.
- cover with foil.
- bake for 15 min.
- uncover and bake for 10 minutes or until chicken is not pink.
- stir sauce before serving
