Easy and delicious crockpot pork
- 1 pork roast
- 1 can green chiles
- 1 Cumin, Salt, Pepper
- 1 Bay leaf
- 1 cup Broth (or white wine like chardonnay)
- Trim pork of excess fat if needed.
- Season pork with salt, pepper, & cumin.
- Mix can of chopped green chilies and broth (or wine).
- Pour over pork.
- Add bay leaf to the liquid.
- I prefer the 'low n slow' method so in 8 hours, it'll be ready.
- I usually don't add too much more seasonings b/c I don't want to drown out the flavor of the pork.
- Great in any tortilla recipe, over rice, on salad, pizza, you name it.
