Easy and delicious crockpot pork

  1. Trim pork of excess fat if needed.
  2. Season pork with salt, pepper, & cumin.
  3. Mix can of chopped green chilies and broth (or wine).
  4. Pour over pork.
  5. Add bay leaf to the liquid.
  6. I prefer the 'low n slow' method so in 8 hours, it'll be ready.
  7. I usually don't add too much more seasonings b/c I don't want to drown out the flavor of the pork.
  8. Great in any tortilla recipe, over rice, on salad, pizza, you name it.
