Teriyaki Ham and Egg Toast

  1. Toast the bread to your preferred crispness.
  2. Crack the egg into a bowl, sprinkle salt and pepper (don't mix).
  3. Heat a frying pan with oil.
  4. Pour in the egg and use chopsticks or a fork to break open the yolk.
  5. Make the egg large enough to mostly cover the bread.
  6. Cover with a lid and fry to your desired hardness on low heat, about 2~3 minutes.
  7. Once the eggs have cooked, add the ham, yakiniku sauce, and sugar.
  8. Quickly coat the ham and egg.
  9. Layer the cabbage, ham, and egg on the bread.
  10. Drizzle mayonnaise and enjoy while hot.
