Quick and Spicy Chicken Stew
- 1 to 2 pkg. chicken tenders
- 1 can okra
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 2 cans spicy veg-all
- 1 can lima beans
- 3 tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tbsp. garlic powder
- 4 cups tomato juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Boil chicken tenders for 20 minutes; remove from broth.
- While chicken is cooling, add remaining ingredients to broth and mix.
- Shred chicken with fork and return to pot.
- Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes.
