Bbq Brook Trout Recipe
- 1/4 c. Prepared yellow mustard
- 1/4 c. Chili sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Brown sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 x Chopped onion
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 4 x Cleaned trout (8-10 ounce ea)
- Combine mustard, chili sauce, brown sugar, salt, onion & Worcestershire in small saucepan; simmer 10 min.
- Place fish in well greased hinged wire grill; brush with sauce.
- Grill 8 min on each side, basting occasionally.
