Spicy Garlic Chicken Pizza

  1. Combine chicken, 1/4 cup onion, garlic, vinegar, soy sauce, oil and peppers in a large bowl.
  2. Stir to coat chicken.
  3. Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  4. Drain; reserving marinade.
  5. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet; add drained chicken. Cook and stir about 3 minutes until no longer pink.
  6. Stir cornstarch into reserved marinade.
  7. Add to skillet.
  8. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.
  9. Spoon evenly onto pizza shell. Sprinkle with cheeses.
  10. Bake, uncovered, in 400u0b0 oven for 12 minutes.
  11. Top with 1/4 cup sliced green onions and almonds.
  12. Return to oven for 2 minutes.
