Southern BBQ Sausage Sandwich
- 4 cups coleslaw blend (cabbage slaw mix)
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Mayo with Olive Oil Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. HEINZ Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 1 pkg. (12 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Selects Uncured Premium Beef Sausage, sliced
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
- 1 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Savory Honey Mustard
- 6 kaiser rolls, split
- Combine coleslaw blend, mayo, vinegar and pepper.
- Cook sausage in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 5 min.
- or until evenly browned, stirring occasionally.
- Add barbecue sauce and mustard; cook on low heat 5 min.
- or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
- Fill rolls with sausage mixture and coleslaw.
