Crockpot Macaroni and Cheese
- 2 cups Whole Wheat Macaroni, Cooked
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
- 1/2 cups Swiss Cheese, Shredded
- 3- 1/2 ounces, weight Gouda Cheese, Sliced Thinly
- 4 Tablespoons Butter
- 1 cup Half-and-half
- Cook the macaroni according to package instructions, then drain off the water.
- Spray the inside of the crock pot with cooking spray.
- Place 1 cup of the macaroni on the bottom.
- On top of this, layer 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, 1/4 cup Swiss cheese, half the Gouda cheese and 2 tablespoons butter.
- Place the last 1 cup of macaroni on top of this cheese layer and put the remaining cheese and butter on top of this.
- Pour the half-and-half over the entire mixture.
- Put the lid on and cook on low for 2 1/2 hours.
